Key features -Blue Waves is a brand new spacious ground floor apartment in a very central location. The apartment is modern and has a large entertaining deck with well equipped BBQ.
Configuration -Blue Waves has twobedrooms, (one queen and one with twoking singles) and onebathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and vanity. Ideal for either two to fouradults or twoadults and twochildren. There isa great kitchen with European Bosch appliances, dishwasher, microwave and nespresso coffee machine with pods. The lounge and dining area are open plan with stunning views of the beach and the famous Kiama rolling hills, large sliding doors open out onto the spacious deck. There is also a small laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors - Large undercover terrace/deck with table, seating for fourand well equipped BBQ.
Heating and cooling - Blue Waves has reverse - cycle air conditioning and can also be opened up to take in the ocean breeze.
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - Blue Waves has secure garage parking underneath the apartment for onecar.There is also extra parking on the street.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agencynor the owner canguarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable ifproblematic.
