The recent addition of a large upstairs deck with access directly from the main living area, enhances the enjoyment of this relaxed beach house. Dine outdoors or soak up the sun with a good book.

Location -By the Sea is located one street back from the beach at Culburra, a threeminutedrive from Culburra bowling club and Woolworths. This property is in a great location!

Key features -The backyard is fully fenced and the beach offers set off-leash times making it the perfect house to bring your pet. The outside entertaining area in the yard includes a fridge and eating area where the kids can play safely while youenjoya cold drink.

Configuration - By the Sea is a double storey home with fourbedrooms and twobathrooms.
Upstairs there is the master queen bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lights and glass doors that slide open to large front terrace with water glimpses. The second bedroom has one bunk bed (twosingles) wardrobe, bedside table and bedside light, there is a bathroom with a corner spa bath, shower over bath, vanity and toilet.

Also upstairs is the main living and dining room. The glass dining table seatseightand sliding doorsopen to the front terrace overlookingthe front garden.The Living area has a twoseater and threeseater sofa with easy chair and twoside tables, flat screen TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, Sharp microwave, LG dishwasher, Westinghouse electric oven and Westinghouse Ceran electric hob, Caffitaly coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, ample crockery, glasses, cutlery and serving dishes
.

Downstairs there is a second living area with anotherTV DVD and video, a twoseater and a threeseater sofa, extra lounge chair, games and books. There is also a third bedroom with a queen bed, hanging rack, bedside tables and lights and views to the back garden. Bedroom Four has onebunk bed (twosingles), and a chest of drawers. There is another bathroom/laundry with shower basin and toilet, washing machine, dryer, tub, ironing board, iron and dust buster.

Outdoors -By the Sea has roomy alfresco dining on the front terrace with outdoor wooden dining table and 10 chairs, twosun loungers and a turbo gas BBQ. At the rear of the property is an outdoor terraced and lawned area with another outdoor dining table and chairs plus outdoor sink and outdoor bar fridge. Tothe side of the house is an outdoor shower.

Heating and cooling - By the Sea has reverse- cycle air conditioning in the main living area.

Linen -This property does not supply sheets, towels or pillow cases. Please bring your own or ask us for the details of a linen hire service. Should you bring your own, you will need: sheets, pillow cases, towels, and bath mats.

Parking -There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway. The garage has been converted to a games room with a table tennis table.

Pets -By the Sea is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:

  • A pet surcharge of $50 applies
  • Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
  • Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
  • The yard is fully fenced
  • Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Minimum stay -There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Internet/WIFI access -Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
