Kiama Sunrise is located a few streets away from Easts Beach, Kiama. It is a ten minute walk to the quiet beach, which is great place for children and families with long small sets of waves. Kiama town and harbor are a short drive from the property.

How is the property laid out?
Kiama Sunrise is a two storey duplex. With tiled flooring downstairs, carpet in the bedrooms and timber floors throughout the upstairs living area, this property is all about lifestyle with an accent on open plan living. Enter the property through the small front garden.
The front door opens directly into downstairs living area with sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, children's DVDs, books and games. There are three bedrooms downstairs, the master bedroom with king bed, walk in robe and ensuite, and Bedroom Two and Three with two single beds in each room. There are two bathrooms: one Ensuite bathroom to master bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet, and one spacious master bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
There is also a internal laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and a garage that has been converted into a games room with table tennis and Foosball table.
Upstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto balconies front and back. The living area has a Smart TV (BYO Netflix,) DVD player and micro music system with iPod and iPhone dock. There is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and also a convenient powder room with toilet and vanity.
What about outdoors?
The dining area opens to covered rear balcony with outdoor setting, Weber gas BBQ and views across to the ocean. There is also an upstairs balcony on the street side. A small fenced garden at the front of the property has a lawn area and an outside shower for guests to use when returning from the beach.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?!
Kiama Sunrise has gas heating for the cooler months and in summer, can be opened up to catch the ocean breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.
Parking for cars, boats, etc
There is off street, driveway parking for two cars at the rear of property. You can also generally find parking on the street in front as well.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Wifi, internet, Netflix or pay tv - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
