Location - Little Fern, a neat, tidy, well-appointed duplex, is ideally located right in the heart of Gerringong between the surf and the shops - an easy walk to both.
Key features - This cute little duplex is in a great central location,within easy walking distance of all amenities. The house has been styled with a retro vibe and is perfect for twocouples, and one single or a group of five.
Configuration - Little Fern is a three bedroom duplex. The master queen bedroom overlooks the front courtyard garden and has a full length mirror and large wardrobe. Bedroom Two has a king single bed, and Bedroom Three has a double bed, full length mirror in wardrobe and a selection of board games in wardrobe.
There are two bathrooms, one has a corner bath and rain head shower. There is a separate toilet accessed from the laundry.
The living, kitchen and dining area are open plan. Please note there is no dishwasher or microwave.The kitchen rolls right in to the living and dining areas which all overlook the back garden and outdoor eating area. The living room has a threeseater sofa and a twoseater sofa,TV with Netflix and a stereo system with a (cable) connector for iPhone/iPad/iPod.The dining table seats fourpeople withtwofurther stools available.
Outdoors -Walk through the glass sliding doors from the living area to a beautiful back deck and garden with cedar outdoor table and chairs. Close by is theBBQ and gas bottle, all ready for you to BBQ dinner after a great day at the beach or exploring wineries.The front garden is fully enclosed and has a child lock on the high fence.
Heating and cooling - Little Fern has oils heaters in the bedrooms, an electric heater in the living room and fans provided for cooling.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for onecar on the driveway.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 3 night stay for all shoulder and low season bookings, 3nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic.
