Location - Just an easy stroll from two of Kiama's best beaches Kendalls beach and Surf Beach which is in central Kiama, Mandalay is close to great local Kiama cafes, restaurants and beautiful shops. Take the nearby Kiama Coastal Walk into town, along to the Lighthouse and Harbour and, if you are feeling energetic, further north to Bombo Beach and the Minnamurra Headland. Such sights you will see!

The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas open out through the bi-fold doors into the lush tropical landscaped private courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ while cooling off in the refreshing plunge pool.
Configuration - Mandalay is a single level home surrounded by lush tropical gardens. There are three bedrooms, one with a king bed, views out to pool area, luxurious ensuite, and direct access to garden. Another has a queen bed, and Bedroom Three has a double bed. There are two bathrooms, an ensuite to master bedroom with bath, double basin, toilet and access to garden and the main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
The living and dining areas are open plan with a large flat screen TV and DVD and dining table to seat six. The kitchen is sleek and well-appointed.
Outdoors -Tropical Balinese style gardens surround a fully fenced plunge pool in a private timber decking courtyard. There is an outdoor table setting for eightand gas BBQ, around the side of the house is a small grassed area with table and chairs.
Heating and cooling - There are column heaters for winter and fans for summer. The bi - fold doors in the living area can be opened right up to let in cool breezes.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for up to threecars on the driveway.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access - This property provides complimentary WIFI and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
