Key features - Maramingo is conveniently located near some of Kiama's best attractions. The famous Kiama blowhole and Kiama harbour are only a tenminute drive away. Or 20 minutes drive to the beautiful Minnamurra Rainforest and Jamberoo Action Park.
Configuration - Maramingo is a two storey home with great views over Bombo Beach. Walk down the driveway and the couple of steps that take you to the private courtyard at the front of the property. Enter the main level of the house from this courtyard.
Upstairs there is a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two king single beds, one bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
Also upstairs is the living/dining and kitchen area, with a dining setting for eight,sofa, chairs, plus flatscreen TV/DVD player. This light-filled living space opens out to the north facing deck with views over Bombo Beach across to Bombo Headland.
Downstairs is the third bedroom with TV and twoking single beds. There is also a second bathroom/laundrywith shower, basin, washing machine,dryer and aseparate toilet.
Outdoors - There is a courtyard at the front of the property withan alfresco table and chairs and woodfired pizza oven (wood provided). At the back of the property is a deck with views over Bombo Beach.
Heating and cooling - Maramingo has reverse cycle air conditiong in the kitchen/dining/living room, and also in the donwstairs bedroom.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - Maramingo has off street, open air parking for onecaron the driveway and street parking for other cars. Please be careful of the steep driveway.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access -This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency northe owner canguarantee 100% that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic.
