Key features - Oliver's Cottage, Berry, is a beautifully renovated and maintained weatherboard cottage. It is one of Berry's earliest dwellings. This property is in a great central location, close to town and perfect for visiting wedding guests, close to the many wedding venues in Berry.
Configuration - Oliver's Cottage is a character filled cottage with three bedrooms:BedroomsOne and Two both have double brass beds and Bedroom Three has a single bed - this bedroom is reached through Bedroom Two and is ideal for a child or single person. There is one bathroom with a claw - footed iron bath, shower, toilet and vanity and another toilet/laundry at the back of the cottage with washing machine.
The cosy living room has a wood fireplace, comfy sofas and a flat screen TV located inside the cupboard. The country style kitchen anddining area seats five.
Outdoors - Undercover, sun drenched deck at the back of the property with gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. The lawn and back garden are fully fenced.
Heating and cooling - Oliver's Cottage has a wood fireplace in the living area and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access - Sorry, this property does not provide WIFI. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
