Key features - Seandance is perfectly located close to the water with views of the river from the living area and main bedrooms. The house is spacious and bright and has a great backyard and outdoor entertaining options.
Configuration - Seadance is a double storey home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is one double bedroom, and a single bedroom with a trundle. the downstairs bathroom has a hobless shower, vanity and toilet with support rails. (suitable for someone with mobility isssues or in a wheel chair).
Also on this level is the open plan kitchen and family room with TV, DVD player and music system opening onto a front deck. There is a separate dining room with extension table to seat eight guests and a garage that has been converted into an external games room with table tennis table and laundry facilities which include a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and one bathroom: aqueen room with a parents' retreat and views over the river, and one twin room with two single beds. The bathroom has a corner spa bath, shower over bath, vanity and toilet. There is also a second lounge room with double sofa bed, TV, books, games and magazines.
Outdoors - Seadance has an undercover patio at the back of the property and a fully-fenced back yard with tropical gardens. There is a paved entertaining area with table, chairs and Webergas BBQ.
Heating and cooling - Gas and oil heaters for winter warmth, ceiling and portable fans for cooling in Summer.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for three cars on the driveway.
Pets - Seadance is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/ WiFi access - This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
