Creek and dam risk for children - please note that this property is not recommended for children under eight years old as it is located close to a creek and a dam, neither of which are fenced. There are risks associated with the location of Tranquility and its close proximity to the creek and dam. If you book this property with children in your party, you do so at your own risk and shall indemnify the owner from any loss, damage or other consequences.
Configuration - Tranquility is a single storey home on an acreage surrounded by trees.There are four bedrooms, one with a king bed, chaise lounge, TV, electric log fireplace and ensuite bathroom;one with a queen bed; one with two single beds and a fourth bedroom located in the separate garden room across the lawn, about 20 paces from the main house. This room has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
There are three bathrooms, an ensuite to the king room with marble bath surround, vanity and toilet, the main bathroom with shower, vanity and separate toilet and second ensuite in the garden room withpolished concrete flooring, shower, vanity and toilet.
There is a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double oven, hotplates, and coffee machine withs ome pods provided. The large open plan timber floored living and dining area has a wood fireplace, flat screen TV with Foxtel and sliding doors that open to the beautiful back garden. There is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron.
Outdoors - Surrounded by elegantly landscaped gardens, this home offers both privacy and security. There is a large verandah off the living area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ.
A competition class tennis court sits next to the house, surrounded by a garden area with another outdoor setting, a beautiful spot for a family lunch in the sun! There are also some lawn games provided for guests - Bocce and Quoits.
Heating and cooling - Tranquility has reverse cycle air conditioning in the garden room, ceiling fans and air conditioning in the main house. There is a wood fireplace in the living room and main bedroom, and electric heating in the garden room for the cooler months.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for three cars in the designated area at front of house. Please do not drive across lawn as there is underground irrigation here that will be damaged.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide wifi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
