South Coast Holidays is a holiday rental (letting) agency with an office in Gerringong, NSW, about a 2 hour drive from Sydney.

  • Our business started in 2001 with only one holiday house for rent.
  • We started our business out of a desire to give families the opportunity to experience and enjoy the South Coast region in self-contained homes in beautiful regions.
  • Since then, our property range has expanded – we now list more than 120 budget to luxury properties from Wombarra, North of Wollongong, to Narooma and Tathra on the far South Coast of NSW. 
  • We employ 5 office staff and have created jobs for more than 20 contractors. We opened a second office in 2015 in the country town of Cobargo which is about a 5 hour drive from Sydney, 3 hours from Canberra or 8 hours from Melbourne
  • We see ourselves working in the hospitality and tourism sector rather than the more traditional real estate sector. However, we still fulfil our NSW Real Estate Agent licensing obligations by holding a real estate license and running a Trust account for monies held in trust for our owners.

  • Where possible we offers early arrivals and late departures so that our guests have time to relax and enjoy the local area.
  • We were also the first holiday rental business on the South Coast to offer a 24/7 on-call phone service to address guests’ after-hours questions and needs.
  • This gives guests peace of mind and quality service and is one of the reasons we welcome our guests again and again to our properties. South Coast Holidays, established in 2000, is the fastest growing holiday home rental service on the South Coast of NSW, showcasing more than 120 quality properties from North Wollongong to the Victorian border.

24 Hour Contact for Guests: We have a 24/7 phone contact service for guests staying in our property. So you can Rest Assured that we are always available for guests, neighbours and patrons in the event of any emergency.
